What is the minimum order quantity for a logo ball order?
12 dozen or 15 ball packs
How many colours can you print on the ball?
We can print up to 5 PMS colours, or if there are more we can use a process using CMYK colours.
How long will it take me to get the artwork proof?
Within 3 working days.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Once your proof has been approved, we aim to produce and ship your order in 10 working days. Repeat orders up to 250 dozen will ship in 5 working days.
What file format do you want the logo in?
We accept Ai, EPS, PDF and CDR files.
Who do I contact if I have a complaint?

Can you print a sample ball for me?
We are happy to provide a sample of your logo ball for all orders over 250 dozen.
Does it take longer for you to print the balls on two sides?
Although it takes slightly longer to produce a 2 pole order, we aim to ship within the same 10 working day production time.
Can I mix ball models?
Yes you can. We accept a minimum of 3 dozen balls per model.
Can we only print in the 26mm circle or are other dimensions available?
We prefer to keep within the 26mm restriction in order to produce your logo to the highest quality.
What is the minimum quantity for bags?
The minimum order quantity for logo bags is six. However, the minimum quantity is one if you would like the bag personalised with your name.
If I want to mix products from the accessory range to meet the minimum requirement, for example, duffel bags, towels and caps, can I do that?
Yes, it is possible to mix some accessories and bags as long as the embroidery area is the same size.
Can you send me a swatch or sample for embroidery?
Embroidery swatches are available upon request for large orders.
